Training that turns knowledge into capability
Course design, instructor and learner materials, and LMS-ready modules built with your subject-matter experts — for classrooms, onboarding programs, and internships alike.
Knowing something is not the same as being able to teach it
Experts are close to their subject. That is exactly what makes it hard for them to sequence it for someone encountering it the first time. Content gets front-loaded, assumptions go unstated, and the assessment tests recall instead of capability.
Instructional design solves that by starting from the outcome: what should the learner be able to do at the end, and what is the shortest credible path to get there?
We build that path — modules, activities, assessments, and instructor support — and structure it for however you deliver it, in person or in a learning management system.
What we deliver
- Course and program design
- Instructor guides and learner workbooks
- LMS-ready modules, quizzes, and assessments
- Onboarding and internship learning paths

How we work
A process built around your experts
- 01
Define outcomes
We agree on what learners must be able to do, and how you will know they can.
- 02
Map the path
We sequence content into modules, with the prerequisites and practice each one needs.
- 03
Build
We write learner materials, instructor guides, activities, and assessments.
- 04
Pilot & refine
We revise against real learner performance and instructor feedback.
Outcomes
What changes afterward
- Learners finish able to perform the work, not just describe it.
- Instructors have guidance that makes delivery consistent across sections and sites.
- Assessments measure the outcome you actually care about.
- Onboarding and internship programs run without constant senior-staff supervision.
- Content is structured for your LMS, so tracking and reporting come for free.
Questions
Common questions about this work
- Do you work inside our learning management system?
- Yes. We build content structured for LMS delivery — modules, knowledge checks, and assessments — and can work within the platform your organization already uses.
- Can you design curriculum for internships and apprenticeships?
- Yes. Structured internship pathways are a regular part of our work, often combining SOP-based training with mentorship checkpoints and progress tracking.
- Who supplies the subject-matter content?
- You do, through interviews and reviews. We handle sequencing, writing, assessment design, and the instructional structure around it.
- Can you review and improve courses we already have?
- Yes. An instructional design review is often the fastest first step: we identify where learners drop off or fail to transfer skills, then revise those sections.
